Soup, Anyone?

Writers need to eat healthy, too. Try this recipe that is both hearty and spicy.

Black Bean-Chicken Soup

1 can of condensed tomato soup
1 can of black beans
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of frozen corn
1 cup of cubed or shredded cooked chicken
Optional: 1 cup of cooked white rice

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil on the stove top. Reduce heat and simmer for a minimum of twenty minutes. Add a dash of cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
